some state gives form F from the vat portal itself thru system generated Form F automatically getting generated  45 after the  month of filing return. in this case u may have fillup the stock transfer form details in the annexxure in the cst returns, sane format as u are giving details for form c in another form.

2. point no.2 incase of forms issued manually by the department then u may have to give details to the department for the previous forms used in the manual register manintained and get the unfilledform endorsed by deparatment and u can issue for the stock transfer received.
