Salary to non executive director
Can a pvt ltd co pay salary to its non executive director? Under which section is this allowed?

Company cannot pay salary to non-executive director as paid to executive director,however it may pay under various emoluments,like sitting fees,etc.For details,check balance sheet of listed company
