salary exceed due to earlier dues salary how to rebate on tax
sir my salary is under 250000 but due to some dues outsating with employer and these dues are paid during 2016_17 with salary and ttarget='_blank' rel='nofollow' hrefore my net amount is exceed. aftet deduction under 80c and rebate

If your employer gives you arrears of salary certificate as paid in 2016-17, you can get rebate u/s. 89(1), while filling the ITR. You will be required to upload form 10E along with the ITR
