In my ctc pf deducted employee and emplyer can i take both deduction in 80C deducation(employer+employee)

No. You can claim only Employees Provident Fund which has been deducted from salary, while taking deduction u/s 80C.
but employer pf is also part my ctc

No..Employer share is only your CTC part and not your earning...
it will not count as income under your salary head..you van also refer your form 16.
