The RTP's for CA Final are available at Sales Counter @ Regional Offices / Chapters itself as I have just made a phone call to Vishvas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi Ph-011-30210616 and one of my friend works at Board Of Studies located in Noida.
But I don't have any idea regarding posting the same at BOS Knoweldge Portal of icai.org.

I DONT THINK RTP FOR MAY 2013 IS AVAILABLE NOW
MAY BE THEY ARE APPLICABLE FOR NOVEMBER 2012,I MEAN OLD ONES
USUALLY RTPS WILL REALEASE 2 TO 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE EXAM
AS AND WHEN RELEASE IT WILL DEFENETELY UPDATED IN ICAI BOS KNOWLEDGE PORTAL

RTP''s are avilable I have got one friend who works at BOS Noida saying just printed a few days back..
Even to your kind attention I have personally made a phone call to Sales Counter @ ICAI Delhi, and they people are saying it is avilable 60/- each for both the groups.

Someone kindly upload the RTP for 2013 May as some chapter eg Kolkata are already running out of Stock. Specially Group 2 Final RTP. Thanks

@ Keerthi RTPs are generally made available by ICAI in two separate sets of booklet group wise.
