pls help..

i uploaded annual roc stp forms, i.e. 23 ac and 23 aca last week on 31 october and chosed pay later option but forgot to make payment within one week..

my friends told me to upload fresh forms again and then do the payment.. but i m not being able to prescritinise the forms.. it is showing error that this form has already been uploaded via xyz srn number..

pls tell what to do..pls help friends.. pls pls pls..

Hi... cancel the SRN by raising ticket then upload again

how do we raise ticket.. what is that.. i m doing this for first time.. pls explain..

u can raise ticket by lodging query on portal (user complaint & grieveiances) after raising ticket mail it to( appl.helpdesk @ mca.gov.in) the ticket no. in subject line & xplain your problem in body of the mail
