The bank is asking now for creating charge in ROC for car loan taken 1.5 years ago. Since it was the first loan taken by the company we were not aware of such requirement and neither did the bank ask for such a long time. Vehicle is already hypothecated to the bank. Please advice the recourse? Also please advice if the bank is liable in this case or not
