Roc charge creation

There is nothing you can do in this respect......create a query at the MCA portal and see what their reply is......otherwise talk to the bank authorities and ask them for a satisfaction letter for the new one and file satisfaction form.......however, i would suggest you first raise a query with the MCA........ If and when you do so, do inform here what their reply is......it will be helpful to others as well.... Regards
