Yes Rohit it is very much possible. You can file revised Form-20B with extra ROC fee even your earlier approved at MCA Portal.

Consequence of Default

ROC may treat pvt. co. as public company. But he contain the power to condone your default if you have sufficient grounds for your mistake and able to convince ROC in your favour.

I dont think there is any option of filling revised Form 20B, once your form is approved.

As your query regarding filing of recised Form 20B, i have already fcae this problem and i have filed revised Form-20B with additional payment as prer schedule X to MCA to update my Annual Return with ROC record.So go aheade and file revised Form-20B with MCA.
