No limit for ITR revision as applicable u/s. 139(5)............
But only last one is considered......
You can revise you return as many time as you want but not after completion of assessment.

Condition only you can filed before the due Date..
You can revise your itr within 1 year from the end of relevant assessment year or completion of assessment whichever is earlier
But kindly Note that the chance of scrutiny increases if return is revised many times

Yes, for and from AY 2017-18, belated return can also be revised.
Yes, Revision can be with change in income declaration and its assessment
