Which AY it is ?

if it is for AY 2019-2020, you can revise ITR despite processed upto 31-3-2020

You can not revise ITR prior to AY 2019-2020 .

Assuming it is AY 2018-19 or AY 2017-2018 or any earlier AY ?

Revision is allowed only for a. y. 2019-20
