I have made a mistake in AOC-4 by mentioning consolidated financial statements are not required, while they were required. Now can't file AOC-4 CFS also. How to rectify this mistake. Plz help

go to roc office & request the officer to considered aoc4 as 'not to be taken on record ' & after these only you can file aoc 4
please fill AOC 4 again. called revised AOC 4
There is no such option called revised aoc 4
please download aoc-4 from MCA website. fill it and file with ROC

cancel SRN of AOC 4
Its already approved and approved forms can't be cancelled

You just need to surrender the previous srn no.of filed aoc-4 by visit roc and need to file again fresh aoc-4
For financial statements there is no revised return. for MGT -7 there is revised return. contact concern Roc and cancel SRN of AOC 4
