Reverse charges exemption upto 31st mar 2018 - query

Only goods purchased covered under 9(4) was suspended. Rest all kinds are as is Where is.

As per GST sec 9(4) is suspended from 13th October to 31st March 2017...

But, Sec 9(3) is still applicable....


In your query.,
1. GTA is RCM applicable.. Also RCM applicable for the freight if Bilty... Without CN and LR then these freights are fully exempted...

2. RCM is suspended From 13th October

3. RCM is suspended From 13th October the above said point 3.....
