Which Catagory of Reverse Charges exempted from 13th Oct  to 31st Mar 2018 ???? 

1) Good Transport by Road / Goods Transport Agency / Freight Related 

2) Goods and Services purchased from Unregistered Persons

3) Profit & Loss Accounts Items if from Unregistered Persons ( i.e. Advertisement/Audit fees/Printing & Stationery/ Membership Fees/Labour Charges etc.) 

Please reply and clarify

Only goods purchased covered under 9(4) was suspended. Rest all kinds are as is Where is.

As per GST sec 9(4) is suspended from 13th October to 31st March 2017...

But, Sec 9(3) is still applicable....


In your query.,
1. GTA is RCM applicable.. Also RCM applicable for the freight if Bilty... Without CN and LR then these freights are fully exempted...

2. RCM is suspended From 13th October

3. RCM is suspended From 13th October the above said point 3.....
