i pay a fee to unregister consultantancy firm (he prefer candidates for job) so pls tell me reverse charges applicable on it or not.

The recipient of supply is covered under RCM if supply has been made by URD. Therefore, you are covered under RCM. However, if the amount involved is less than Rs. 5000/- from all the URDs, then you are out of RCM. Pl chek the amount you have paid for consultancy and then decide in the light of my opinion given above.

Sir, where is show RCM invoices in the return.
Which is applicable for RCM invoice these return GSTR 1 & GSTR 2

But I made self invoice for urd.
The self invoices for your own use... You just enter Consolidated values. Not details value...
