Reverse charge on rent is applicable or not
just want to ask whether the company has to pay yax for a unregistered party from whom he has taken rent for office use?

yes If landlord is individual the company has pay RCM @ 18% on Rent then in return get credit on rcm, if landlord GSTIN holder then it will be normal transaction
YES, if lanlord is URD, you have to pay GST..
