Reverse charge not applicable only for small dealers
please confirm whether reverse charge has been uplifted for all categories of dealer's or only for small business dealers

sec 9 (4) rcm suspended but 9 (3) continues
but decision for suspension of Sec 9(4) does not include criteria of 1.5 crore turnover,
i think, it is applicable to all, irrespective of the turnover,
RCM u/s 9(4) of CGST Act suspended for all... irrespective of turnover.
