Reverse charge mechanism (RCM)

No more notification from CBEC* about URD related RCM (u/s 9(4) of CGST act)...


In case we can't get any notification from CBEC* then it will be forced from 1st July 2018...



But, As per my understanding...

Then sec related suspension or Ceiling limit will be extended...

Wait on further availability of Notifications...

Yes, There are news of extention of RCM  till 30.9.2018, official notification awaited.....
