RCM sec 9(3) & 9(4) is applicable for the month of July, August and September...

From 1st October sec 9(4) is suspended... &
Sec 9(3) is continued....

Sec 9(4) of CGST Act & Sec 5(4) of IGST Act get abolished from Oct.

You have to follow all rules till Sept...
