As you aware we have done an aluminum fabrication work ( building Extension) in our KINFRA premises. And the Contractor has no GST registration. The total bill amount( including material & Labour) is around 1.5Lakhs. whether GST under reverse charge mechanism is applicable? , ITC is available and pls give rate?
