I want to know whether revenue stamp is affixed on every payment vouchers exceeding Rs.5000 i.e cash payment or cheque payment

In my opinion it is required above Rs 5000 in cash expenses
Only on cash payment more then 5000
It should be:
- Payment
- By Cash
- Above Rs. 5000

Required on Cash Payments in excess of Rs.5K only
Only payment of more than Rs.5000 in Cash mode have to affix revanue stamp.
