Download revalidation form through icai website..you can see a revalidation form yr 2013 being uploaded in icai website via notification..fill the details and send it to the concerned regional office where you are registered with a DD 0f Rs 500.to be sent within 10 days before the last date of expiry
You can apply online through eservices for revalidation
