Yes, provided any refund due or loss to be carried forward.
if only taxable income is persist where tax admitted is due. No any refund, loss, exemption, deduction is to be left to claim then what is a procedure to file Ay 2017-18 return.
Just pay due tax, and wait for CPC's non-filer's notice.
