no , there is no levy of any pentaly if u file before end of the relevant assessment year
From next year, there is penalty if you don't file ITR by due date.
If you have outstanding taxes to be paid, you will have to pay interest @ 1% per month under section 234A for non filling of return within the due date prescribed.
