For FY 2008-09 due date is march 31 2011, you can file online log on to income tax site and create account. Download appropriate ITR form and convert to xml format then you can upload xml format..

no.. you can't file return of f.y. 08-09 because time limit has over. but you can file with penalty of Rs.5000/- U/s 271F.

Agree with both as he can file return and also become eligible for the panelty of RS. 5000 u/s 271F..........

if the same return is identified by the incometax department..............

You can file FY 2008-09 within 31 March 2011,there is no penalty....only interest will be paid if you have Tax Laibility...

If there is refund for 08-09 then also i have to pay penaly of Rs 5000/-.
