The CA PCC/IPCC/PE 2 results was de clared....This was not rumour and there was pretty good results for PCC /IPCC ...Now , Please be understand that delaying of the result may be geniue reason also...Where is the cooked story of manipulation now....

no no that was not a rumour i m really thankfull to u all.....for getting me out of panic & depression.

So result  was delayed for increasing  passing % in deed
