Result mismatch

Its almost next to impossible...

happened with me also. i got 39 marks in 5 subjects. all equal marks - how can this happen? papers were written well.

planning to call for certified copies but again 4000 need to pay... money needs to be saved. can any one tell me if i apply for certified copies and if that answerbook showing higher marks than website marks then will icai change my marks?

we need to file writ petition in high court for such mismatch but atleast 10-20 people are needed. majority studetns are required.

Friends there is no use of going to Courts because in our case ICAI has got all powers to decide about the results. So stop wasting time and accept it. Just apply for certified copies and forget about it. Its a harsh reality which we all need to accept it.

Agreed... There in one student named Jyoti who has secures 49 in 4 papers... and now i m reading another student got 39 in 5 subjects....
this is not a co-incidence...But we cant do anything other than to apply for certified copy+reverification and just tstart preparing for next attempt...

So, 

I decided not to do any crap things and put my energy on next attempt to complete this.

Certified copies are good but not for me
