Result mismatch

How do they select the students to be marked as failed from above list? Are the students randomly selected. :(

Do anyone know the next step taken following the dismissal of the plea in HC?  Any appeals in SC? 

@ suma - no friend. No body will invest their time in these things. ICAI will nevr going to accept that they have changed the results. Afterall we dont have proof, they said that old list was internal communication and as per the law internal communication can not be termed as evidence. So there is no evidence at all to prove that something was illegal. Only forensic audit of ICAI computer systems can collect the evidence that how change in result takes place.
