Furnish a declaration/affidavit on stamp paper for non- acceptance deposits as per circular no. 11/2013 dated 29/05/2013(2) INC-8 t be executed on the stamp paper // MOA AND AOA TOB E ALIGNED PROPERLY.

1) I have submitted the declaration/affidavit for non acceptance of deposit.
2) INC 8 was not executed on stamp paper (which I will do now)
3) MOA AND AOA TO BE ALIGNED PROPERLY - I have no clue what is required to be done.
