Respected....i am a company and i have purchased 3 air conditioners for a total bill of rs.144900. now at what rate i nned to deduct tds on this bill

Mr. Ravi,
There is no need to deduct TDS on purchase of Air Conditions because you are purchased an assets not received any services.
It will be capitalized and depreciation would be charged as per company act @ 13.91%.
