There is no standard for mat for this you can write as per your requirement:-

"RESOLVED THAT Mr. -----------------------, --------------------- of Company be and is hereby authorized to do all such act, deed and things on behalf of the Company as may be necessary to seek approval from the Concerned authorities for the Construction of -----------------."
