We are the Resller with having our own online website Firstly we will contact to the supplier and tell them to upload their product in our website at price(which is include our margin) and some one will share the uploaded products link in all social medias then customer will place order by using that link then we will get notification once customer order placed then we will inform to the supplier to send the products to our registered office in our name at agreed value(As per Agreement) then we will get the product from supplier within two days then we will do repacking (i.e we will put our name and price(with our margin) and will send to customer .
Please suggest whether TCS is applicable for this transaction or not and also suggest is this like Amazon or Flipkart?

Suppose if I want to sell some product on the our ecommerce website for .But I am not a manufacturer instead I am a reseller (i.e I want to purchase product for cheap from somewhere else in our name and resell it on the ecommerce site by adding small margin).
