Resellers

I am involved in a business. I use resellers to sell my product. that reseller contact a customer and sell it with his profit margin. Now with Gst implications, I have issue invoices to the final customer as courier company i use will now demand invoice from me n that invoice will be issued at initial price which does not include reseller margin.
Ques is, How should I raise invoice to final customer and of how much??
If I quote my price then customer will ask ques to reseller as he is charging more from him...
What should I do in order to retain my reseller as well as transport product to final customer???

You sale your product to your regular customer (The Reseller) Rs. XXXX as a invoice.

Reseller sale to Customer also calculte his Margin, Trans Ex, Admin Ex and Some ex as Rs. XXX + Rs. XXXX (above value) = Rs. XXXXX. The value is Big from Customer view. So, He is coming to you...!

You sale to Customer is next....!

What and How to you reply to the customer and your Reseller...?

Reseller is also your regular customer.....

But, the thing is customer can buy from me like in 2-3 months, as his need is limited... but reseller buys everyday from me... how can I avoid him??

Who.....?

the reseller... how can I avoid reseller by going direct to customer.... A reseller has more contact than me....
I mean to say that customer doesn't know that I am supplying him goods, he purchases goods from reseller at his quoted price... if I issue him invoice of my price then he would ask questions about price... How can I deal with this situation??
(I, reseller n final customer all are from different States)

Price is fixing by you. I don't know the price.

But, You ll calcultae and sale the goods less than your reseller value ans reasonable to the end user

Bcoz,

The customer want reasonable cost from you...
