Reregistration doubt

One of my friend flunked in her 5th pcc attempt. She just got an exemption in accounts....now i want to ask is it neccesary for her to re register herself ? If yes then what is the procedure?

29 feb is the last date for filling exam form for may 12 exams and Reregistration process will take atleast a month then how will she be able to fill exam form may 12 exams? Pls reply asap

as per icai last pcc exam will be nov 2012 ... wait till further notification release on revalidation of pcc ... upto now no revalidation required as icai withdrawn the notification on reavalidation of pcc which was issued 6 months ago ...and mentioned wait till further notification releases 

so forget about revalidation ... fill the online exam form 

hope she will complete in her next attempt ...

nd plz tell me that the validity of PCC Registration whether it is 4 years or 5 years after the registration date?
