Rent income invoice
owner registered under GST. tenant not willing to pay GST. so can the owner ignore paying GST on the rental income and go without issuing invoice to tenant for rental income from commercial property? Rent received after deducting TDS in bank account.

As such no. Unless the owner is not liable for GST registration. (i.e. aggregate turnover below 20 Lakhs)
Tenant may not be paying additional GST because of any missing clause in agreement!!!
