Applicability of GST if any immovable property is given on rent for commercial purpose.

GST would apply if rental income exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs (assuming neither assessee is having any other business nor is he rendering any kind of service)
at the rate of 18%.
Residential property to given business purpose is not available.....
Right sir
only residential property given for residential purpose is exempt all other rent income is taxable under GST
Ms Trupti, if you gave immovable property for commercial purpose then you shall charge GST on your tenant at 18%.
