Rent from Commercial Property

I receive gross annual rent of ₹ 2.80 lakhs for my property in Delhi. I live in Haryana. do I have any GST liability.

No other income. property in the name of my HUF

yes. gst is applicable on renting of comm. property without any limit.

if all your receipt from all the sources of income cross the threshold u will be required to pay tax and register under gst

threshold is 20 Lakhs. my total income is less than 3.00 Lakhs
