Removal of promoter
Can we remove any promoter from the Promoter group holding upto 18% of shareholding in the AGM by passing resolution or any other way...please guide

There is no provision in the Act for removal of 'promoter'. If you want to remove a director (who may or may not be a promoter director) , you may refer Sec.169.
