Quick Summary
This discussion explores remedies for chartered accountants whose firms are withholding salaries, particularly in light of pandemic-related issues. The original poster is seeking recourse through ICAI rules for professional misconduct or fraud, as well as considering civil action. I enquire about it, executive class people doesn't cover under labour law that's what my lawyer told me, so I ll be going to civil suit but in addition to that I would like to go with icai rules as well, if any
