Relief under section 89
I have retired from a Nationalized Bank during the last year and received gratuity and leave encashment which has increased my tax liability for the year. I want to know how can I claim relief under section 89 for the taxable part of gratuity and leave encashment.

have they given form 10 E then you can claim relief else not possible
Can I submit form 10 E online and claim the relief.
Form 10 E document is a document given by the bank and they should have efiled your salary details in Annexure II where they should have indicated relief of the same generally it is given for arrears of salary and arrears of pension
