Dear Colleagues ,
Need Your Advice on this one .
I would like to ask you if any Company give the donnation to United nation organization (I.e UNDP , WHO or WFP, etc ) . in that case , company can avail a deduction Under section 80G of the income tax act .
Please elaborate on this .
