regular to composition
dear sir, my turnover is 25 lacs approx. wrongly at the time of fresh registration I had selected as regular dealer, and I had filed 3B also. now I want to opt for composition . can I do so .

As govt has extended the date of opting for regular to composition scheme to 30th Sep 2017. You can go for the same effective 1st Oct 17.

You simply file GST the returns up to September and file form no CMP 02 before 30th September 17. Once your case is approved by proper officer you will be under composition scheme from 1st October.
Composition scheme opened again for dealers today. You can now opt for it.
what about old stock i am having when switched to composition scheme
Yes Gagan you can opt for composition scheme. Last date is 30 Sep 2017
Nothing to do. Wait for all further process. Now Govt is also confused what to do.
