What are the registers which a pvt. ltd. co. should maintain? pls advise.

In addition to it, we have to maintain the Fixed Assets Registers, Attendance Registers for General Meeting, Attendance Register for Board Meeting, Sitting Fees register for Board meeting, etc. However, these are not statutory registers.
