regarding rcm

If my one day expense from registered person is Rs. 7000/- and from unregistered person is Rs. 3000/- total one day expense is Rs 10000/- than we are liable to pay rcm or not, Please guide?

no...because in 16 rules...its says that total unregister... purchase 5000/day
