with subject to above i would like to ask whether expenses disallowed u/s
40(a)(ia) by the A.O. during the regular assessment, attract any penalty
provision u/s 271(1)(c) Kindly prescribed the same in lenght.

no..,,., this cannot attract penalty u/s 271(1) c.. .as this does not shw the concealment of income....
this disallowace is simply due 2 non following the provisions of other sections....
no penatly can b levied u/s 271(1)c....
