regarding income tax return
I invest 100 rupee mutual fund SIP FOR 3 years. After one month I redeem the mutual fund and get 97 rupee. Is I liable to inform this in income tax returns.please answee

Query is not clear. Whether the whole amount redeemed?
Only single instalment redumption is processes as per FIFO method.
Whatever be the step, any gain/loss is re-portable.
