Hi, I have a query, I have completed my articleship and appeared for CA final exams three times earlier but could not complete now i planning to appear in exams in Novemer'13, but i have not completed my GMCS as per earlier rules any one can appear for GMCS any time like after passing CA final exams or before, please let me know whether the rule is same or has changed

Hi Saurabh, as you said you can appear even after you pass your final exams but do remember until you clear your GMCS you are not allowed to sit in campus.
