We are purchasing wheat from delhi tax free so i want knowing that what value submit on form -38 with railway freight or without railway freight.

example: wheat         500 bag        250.00 qtl       100/-per qtl                25000.00

                                                                 railway freight                       1000.00

                                                                       Net amount                    26000.00
