Guidence for filling form 107

Hi. I am finding problem in filling form 107.

Even im in receipt of notice from ICAI to serve excess leave period.so Am i suppose to execute any Stamp paper ?

I had submitted form 108, and for extension i have fill up Form 107 and print it on normal paper also signature of principle is also done on the same. so plz suggest me if special adhessive stamp on that normal paper From 107 will be okay and if yes where do i get that special adhessive stamp. kindly rply

My form 107 is Rejected form RO and they send me mail to filled form 103 .I cant see new Form 103. How to filled new form 103 from icai portal .
