I want to provide you with a situation please reply:
One of our client had deposited 8000 against IGST liability twice for july month. Now he used to have more credit for IGST than IGST liability.
Like for August & September he have more ITC than liability. Also firstly we have to utilize whole of IGST credit against IGST liability nd after full set off we can cross utilize that.
My question is that how can i get the benefit of Cash deposited or if there is any refund provision.
YOU CAN CLAIM REFUND UNDER SECTION 54 OF CGST ACT. PL REFER TO THIS SECTION AND RULES IN CHAPTER X OF THE CGST RULES.
