I hv filed my ITR under 44ad by my CA. I.e 8% of total turn over.
But CA is dening to provide balance sheet . as I req. same for my loan purpose & for visa process .
pls guide on such situation where CA denied to provide.

The CA is under no obligation in such circumstances to provide you Balance Sheet. Further there is no requirement in ITR-4 to give complete Balance Sheet Particulars.
Only in case your books are audited, he can provide you Balance Sheet.
are there any reasons for not providing the balance sheet. the provisions of 44AD are only for income tax purposes.
but financial statement needs to be prepared as per normal accounting practices. which are reqd for loan or any other purpose
